By accessing or using Indexed.video ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

Indexed.video creates and hosts SEO-optimized web pages for YouTube videos from channels you own or are authorized to manage. The Service automatically syncs video metadata, generates structured data, and submits sitemaps to search engines.

We make no guarantees about search engine indexing, ranking, or traffic results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to: search engine algorithms, content quality and competition.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You own or have authorization to use the YouTube channels you connect
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

4. YouTube & Google Authorization

By connecting a YouTube channel, you grant Indexed.video read-only access to public and necessary metadata, including channel and video details.

We will never:

• Upload, delete, or modify videos
• Post comments or interact with viewers
• Change channel settings or permissions

You may revoke access at any time through your Google account settings.

5. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership rights to your YouTube content. By using the Service, you grant Indexed.video a limited, non-exclusive license to display your videos via YouTube embeds and associated metadata on pages we generate.

This license terminates when you disconnect your channel or cancel your account.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Connect channels you don't own or have authorization to use
• Use the Service to promote illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to bypass plan limits or abuse the free tier
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Subscription Plans and Billing

Paid plans are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, hosted pages may remain live for up to 30 days before removal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING SEARCH ENGINE INDEXING, RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, OR BUSINESS RESULTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDEXED.VIDEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and Google. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, policies, or services that may affect the functionality of Indexed.video.

Indexed.video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

11. Changes to Terms or Service

We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Indexed.video and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our permission.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
